Technically, Rainbow Dash is property of Hasbro, and using her is copyright infringement, more specifically, a “derivative work” as described by Title 17, United States Code. But that’s fan art for ya. If Disney couldn’t be bothered to copyright strike those god-awful Elsa and Spiderman videos on YouTube, they won’t be scouring Derpibooru for traced Bambi art. I appreciate that somebody thought of the megacorporation though.
