It honestly depends on the artist’s or commissioner’s opinion. It’s not that viable to use horses in life as a reference because if one would tease a horse’s fore hoof, they’ll likely get kicked in the face. XD

I can’t imagine tickling the forepaws of a digitigrade feral is that dissimilar. I may have not been fully direct, but I meant to also say the hind hooves are probably more sensitive than the fore, but there’s little point to not targeting all four if possible. X3
Any pair of hooves on a pegasus are probably more sensitive than a earth’s or unicorn’s. :3
