Actually, Joey is on point. rule #0 isn’t just for name calling and discrimination, but also for generally just being an asshole (of which you were being) and using unpleasant language against someone (which you were doing).

They said they didn’t like straight shipping. They didn’t insult you, or attack anyone who likes straight shipping, or any of that. You replied back telling them to “piss off” and to “take [their] head out of [their] ass”. That’s definitely Rule #0.
Don’t get me wrong, we prefer people filter stuff instead of complaining about it. But your response is way over the top. Just report it next time.
