At this point the whole Overwatch butt drama already become a meme, and we are simply go along with the joke. Just like Officer there, i don’t even play the game (yet), and aren’t actually taking the whole thing seriously since it started.  
Basically, i don’t treat it as an issue, i treat it as a joke. And as we all know, everyone and their grandmother uses jokes and memes on the internet these days.

It’s okay. I’ve done that a few times, myself (probably obvious with how quick I jump to bare the proverbial teeth). If we’re around the same time zone then I’d guess you were probably running on empty, too.

I don’t even play the game. My knowledge of it and the drama around the character comes second-hand through gaming podcasters I listen to. My comment was a topical joke. What pissed me off was someone coming in, asserting what they’ve decreed to be the truth and declaring an end to all further talk about the subject by other people. You could expect pretty much the same reaction regardless of the subject.

Okay, tell you what, make you a deal. If you can explain to me why it’s still relevant enough for people to comment on any time the character’s referenced, even without either old or new pose referenced, I will never stick my nose into it again. I don’t even have to agree with your explanation of it, just that it does explain it, that I believe someone genuinely follows it, but my actual opinion beyond ‘I believe someone would believe this’ completely irrelevant. Then I’ll never get involved in Tracer drama stuff again, here or anywhere else. Sound fair?

Ho boy. Could you guys not? I’m kind of sick of seeing people on both sides of the Social Justice Wars treating this like it was some great battle (and both sides claiming victory over the new pose) when the original complaint that caused the change was simply that the old pose was out of character. Everyone can just shut up trying to make it an issue, okay? It never was and never should be. God.

I can readily observe that she possesses perfectly normal human features. I demand that this be remedied immediately.
