Intresting idea and i got theory that in EG world Spike actually is human transformed into a dog and so the other people that in Equestria are dragons are transformed into a dogs. If you ask me, becasue why not or becasue it could be more intresting

Not likely. The portal only transforms races that do not exist in the destination world; a dog originally from a world with dogs will stay a dog in any other world that also has dogs.
Relegating spike to non-human sidekick character aside its super weird that dragons = dogs
