Same, but if I see a watermarked image on here which is good enough to warrant a fave then I’ll just remove the watermark myself and upload the fixed image marking the old one as a dupe.
It only takes ~3 minutes to remove a DA watermark too, since I wrote a python script to handle all the hard parts. I just download the image to /tmp/, run “python watermark.py remove /tmp/image.png DA-watermark.png /tmp/image-fixed.png”, then re-upload it. Properly tagging the new copy takes longer than stripping the watermark.
Watermarks are pointless anyway. I’ve made it a habit to never favorite any work with a watermark, on here or DA.
