PINKIE PIE is immune!
Pinkie is like light. She moves at the same velocity regardless of frame of reference. Even time and space distort themselves rather than change the speed of pink.
You’d generally tilt the eyebrows the other way to show focus though.
She’s focused on sipping on her straw.

Most likely the movie will either NOT bring that bit up again or they’ll pretend Twilight was never a part of their universe
And she’s back later in this film (and by the teasing synopsis, this is pony TWilight, not the alt. human twilight)
Suggesting that if this wasn’t just animation made for a teaser, this is an early part of the film.
Twilight went back to Equestria.
