This is a ‘neutral end’.  
Where Dash’s EQ level is lower than her canon version here.
 
Two possibilities after this:  
-Expelled (Bad end, but less likely to happen after this pic because they say about their flaws)  
-Keep being Wonderbolt because the other members see their flaws of not telling about the nickname’s embarassment. (Good end?)

Yea. Just because all wonderbolts were used to be losers with shitty nicknames it doesnt mean rainbow dash must be that too.
