I don’t think there’s that much difference between them. Switch between them based on how much you like the image you’re working on. If you really like it, add the extra detail. If not, just leave it at the simpler one.
I think either one works. The left one because it’s adorable and similar to the show. I also love the straight lines and the pointed ear. The right one because she looks so fuzzy!
Her eye looks partially blind on the cartoony side of things.Honestly this face doesn’t really fill me with any strong emotion towards either. Nothing stands out enough to say one way or another.
Going by your past works I have to say I enjoy the cartoony ones. Your art style is the same either way, so really it’s juts a matter of preference. Many like the 3D stuff more but just as many love the cuter and softer colors of the more cartoony look.
Besides, not much Diamond Tiara to judge realistic vs cartoony so I’ll just go with “Whatever works best for you” since I just prefer cute and interesting artwork and your two versions provide those from time to time in equal measure.
Please include the original description when uploading to image boards. The purpose of this drawing was to present a question.
“Which side you prefer? Cartoony/Comic on the left, or Realistic/Detailed on the right?”
lol that’s the first impression I got from opening this up the first time. xD

Exactly, both look fabulous.
Fixed. By the way, I like both! Both of them look good, just draw whatever you want.
