for my headcanon, i based their height and weight from the real pony and the smallest pony bread is Shetland pony.
for height is about 44 inches or 112 cm from hoof to their withers, and the weight is about 450 pounds or 204 kg.

sir, actually that’s a filly because the head and body ratio is about 1/3 while the mare is about 1/4 to 1/5, and if that’s a full grown, she isn’t a pony , but miniature horse, for average child height in singapore is about 115 for 6 years old.

and Falabella is the smallest horse breed, is not considered a pony, but rather is a miniature horse, and their height is about 32 inches or 81 cm.
