I remember reading somewhere that, cutiemarks in EqG humanoids should be located in upper arm just like in this pictures.. I mean, it makes sense right? Ponies might use their backlegs a lot and those areas are normally visible in day to day life but to translate that ability to human, considering their needs to cover their bums, then the shoulders and arm is the somewhat correct answer.
