While I certainly agree that this woman was out of line, I can’t agree that the human body, in itself, is sexually explicit.
 
As humans, the more people try to hide something and make it taboo, the more we are attracted to it. If nudity was more commonplace it would lose much of it’s power over people. If you grew up surrounded by naked women would you give a crap about the centerfolds in Playboy magazines? It would just be one more pair of tits and ass you’ve already seen all the time.

Now, I’m all for female pride and the breaking of sexual barriers, but that mother still needs some sense flogged into that thick head of hers.
 
It is not now, nor has it ever been, appropriate to expose children that young to anything that sexually explicit. Because duh.
