Actually… seeing all those ponies make him out to be a jerk, with only the gay guy giving an actual reason- and an idiotic one at that- makes me think that Shining Armor only ever attracts jerks and psychos himself. He’s not bad, it’s all of his girlfriends and one guyfriend who are douches.

There is something very wrong with Spit Fire…that makes me take a greater interest in her

Well, let’s see.  
The twins imply he’s stupid.  
Spitfire implied he’s a complete jerk.  
Julien implied he’s the jealous type.  
He was so bad, he made Bon-Bon a lesbian and hate all stallions. (I hate women like that. We’re not all bad.)  
And it’s implied he drove Screwloose nuts.
 
All in all, Shining Armor is the worst. (Let’s not mention the fact that he, in a previous comic, disregarded his sister’s feelings when there was a clone of him, because both of them would rather be screwing Cadance.)  
As well as the fact that he was checking out other mares, when he’s got two hot wives already.  
(Lastly, he’s going to make a poor father figure to his several hundred children.)
 
 
Though, Cadance isn’t scott free either. A previous comic pretty much made it out that Cadance used a love spell on Shining to dump this one mare who he seemed to be getting along with. (Heck he was going to marry her.)

I wonder if the last evil Ex is Queen Chrysalis because she did trick him before they decided to share him.
 
I wish the girls elaborate why he was bad, but the only ones that imply he was an idiot were those twins. I’m betting all the girls will confront him when he’s cured.

Eh, I like the little twists she does to the characters, it works for some laughs.

That’s one hell of a rap sheet, Armor.

This comic series does make Shining out to be a flankhole. (And implies the same with Cadance.)
 
That’s the thing with madmax. A great artist and most of their work is hilarious, it’s just that sometimes she (don’t pelt me if I’m wrong with the artist’s gender) makes some dark comics…Kind of throws me off.
