That’d probably result in dividing by zero and destroying both universes, so better not.
 
Actually, I think the idea of Twilight transmogrifying into a human by passing through the portal was a deliberate choice by the writers to ensure MLP and EQG remain separate continuities with no possibility of pony-human interaction. Which is fine by me; one of the weak parts of the original MLP was the human kids hanging around with the ponies.
