An image sent to a tumblr blog belonging to one of the anons on the 4chan loona conspiracy threads.
The most off-the-wall thing to come to mind is a bytecode format of TriINTERCAL, if that ever happened. I doubt it. The other possibility is a Malbolge program, although it would be a very short one.
Or it could just be base 4 numbers that represent part of a string of text. But what format, you ask. ASCII. It’s always ASCII. Nobody ever uses EBCDIC for stenography, which is a real shame.
Or something else. I dunno.

Talk about timing, /mlp/ have infact decoded the numbers. Apparently they say 0900zulu.
the /mlp/ threads have yet to decode the Numbers.
Fifty three numbers in total. If we group them by fours that gets us thirteen sets and one left over. Letters and a punctuation?
