they don’t attack you, they actually trying to help you, they think you are a robot like them that is lacking its suit and only want to put you into one…problem is that those suits are filled with metal, wires and cutting stuff…

havent played enough to tell you, all i know is that he was discontinued, and he may be connected to the bite incident of 87 but thats all.
 
gameplay wise if you dont check the pirate cove enough he will bee line to you and thats pretty much a game over.
