Say, how strong is Ruby?  
I mean, her semblance alone was able to take out the entire team JNPR. Despite being the youngest, she’s obviously not the weakest (not counting Vomit Boy). Also wielding one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed and to master counts as an achievement. Hell, she might be stronger than Yang and maybe on par with Pyrrha. Both is saying something.

She’s definitely one of the fastest characters.
 
I wonder if Jaune will get more exposure and development in the upcoming volume. Not to mention the obvious romance between him and Pyrrha…

Physically, she’s pretty puny, as the white fang member fistfight shows.
 
Currently she’s useless without a weapon.
 
Monty said that was gonna be something to be developed on.

I like how romance fanfics consisting of Jaune also has him being super dense.
 
This one fanfic had him being kissed in the Emerald Forest by Pyrrha and he thought that it was one of the ways to unlock his Aura.
 
Everybody loves the dense guy.

It’s good for a time, but if it drags too long, that’s when I get annoyed, and focus more on said romance fanfics.

In other news, RWBY fanfics are really well written. And I do like fanfics that consists of future children meeting their younger parents. Too bad I only found 3 of such, 2 of them involving alternate timelines.

Yep.  
One in particular was just updated and it involves kids shipping their parents. Jaune is their dad while their mother is a variable so they constantly argue with each other.
 
And Ruby’s arguing with Pyrrha, seeing that their children can only exist one at a time, alternate timelines and what not.
