The Soarin’ tag that gets implied by the SoarinDash tag is using a different apostrophe than the actual Soarin’ tag so it keeps creating a new tag.

Also, we might want to add a “draconic” tag to fix this mess and merge all the dragon hybrid tags EXCEPT KIRIN, seeing as that term would be the most accurate and inclusive of the bunch.
 
As stated elsewhere, Kirin is most likely a misnomer for many of the images we have, however, some images depict actual Kirin. All Kirin have dragon-like qualities, so adding an implication from kirin to draconic would be a solution.

The stance on humanized OCs is summarized here (and in the next post) pretty well. Basically a humanized OC must be either a) Equestria Girls style or b) an extremely popular OC whom the picture is clearly trying to represent (e.g. a random blonde girl with no ticket marks or anything doesn’t count as humanized Ticket). Otherwise it gets deleted. So e.g. >>185676 is okay, but >>482466 not so much.
