And/or additionally, bringing over the original description from the source if the image has one. Does NOT apply to the uploader adding several to a dozen tags after originally uploading with minimum to bare tagging.

AFAIK, the project to alias ship tags to tags prefixed with ship: is proceeding over time, and any tag that is already set up to imply shipping will get caught eventually, so they don’t need to be pointed out for that purpose.
