A touching scene from Chapter 5 of my MLP FIM cartoon crossover story Chaotic Order [link]
 
 
Its the scene where after Spike thinks Discord has kidnapped Twilight Sparkle and all of Equestria and friends outside the kingdom are going nuts trying to look for either their unicorn friend of the Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony, Princess Luna, Rocky, and Ogie fly to Mellowbrook and into Ronaldos neighborhood in a bit of a search for Twilight. This was a very nice scene because it shows how much of a good heart Ronaldo has deep down. And despite how furious his girlfriend might be with him, that doesnt stop his loyalty. He may not be Rainbow Dash, but he is loyal to true friends, especially to the good ponies of Ponyville. ;)
 

 
Ronaldo laid on his couch, reading one of his many physics books. His parents were out and he was left at home to his own devices. He felt relaxed, glad that he was done with Kendall for the day. Though that time at the movie theater watching some out-of-date silent film was great, he was glad to be home with no girlfriend stress.
 
Suddenly, he heard something outside.
 
Wha? Ronaldo gasped, eyes widening before closing his book.
 
Carefully, he neared his door, then gently turned the knob. He opened it, assuming it was someone wanting to toilet paper his house.
 
But the sight before him made him breath a sigh of reliefand a view of fascination.
 
Ogie smiled at him as she and Rocky sat on the back of Princess Luna, the moon blanketing the three girls as the stood outside Ronaldos house.
 
Ogie! Ronaldo exclaimed with excitement before turning to her sister. Rocky!
 
Then his eyes fell on Princess Luna, who smiled at him before giving a small bow, her midnight mane flowing.
 
Uh Ronaldo was a loss for words. As soon as he saw her crown and royal jewelry, the boy immediately fell on one knee and bowed his head.
 
Oh, please, Ronaldo, Luna laughed as she came over and nudged him back to his feet, no need for that, child.
 
His eyes widened. Youyou know my name?
 
Oh, where are my manners? Luna chuckled before pointing a hoof to herself. I am Princess Luna, sister of Princess Celestia. How pleased to finally meet you. She gave an apologetic smile. Forgive me for not meeting you under better circumstances.
 
Uh, no! Ronaldo insisted, his smile brightening. Its an honor to finally meet one of the rulers of Equestria! He turned to Ogie and Rocky, who both smiled at him. Um, what brings you here, girls?
 
Rockys expression saddened. We were wondering if you saw anything unusual here in Mellowbrook.
 
Unusual? He repeated with confusion.
 
You know, Ogie added, chaotic?
 
You mean Discord? Ronaldo asked. I havent seen him. But Kendall wont shut up about how atrocious he is He rolled his eyes.
 
Thats just mean, Rocky thought bitterly.
 
Ronaldo, Ogie placed a hand on his shoulder. The boy gazed at her, seeing her expression filled with worry. Twilights been kidnapped.
 
Twilight? He repeated, stunned. Kidnapped? Isnt she the purple unicorn with the stars on her flank?
 
Thats her, Luna added, and Discord has taken her!
 
He did? He gasped. Oh, no! How are the others doing?
 
The search parties are still going, Rocky told him, friends everywhere are doing their best to find either her or Discord. Even Ruff Ruffman has put his job at risk to help us!
 
Ruff Ruffman? Ronaldo raised an eyebrow. Hey, his show never came on today! They just showed some boring cat commercial.
 
Exactly, Ogie sighed, Ronaldo, we just came by to see if you had seen anything unusual around here.
 
Im sorry, I havent, he said regretfully. Discord hasnt been around here.
 
Oh Ogie said disappointedly. Well, thanks anyway
 
Ronaldo watched as she, Rocky, and Luna turned away to leave. These were caring peopleand even when he was an obnoxious, geeky jerk, they had still been willing to include him in their circle. Even Kick seemed to be warming up to him!
 
And these poniestheir friendship was powerful, he knew. Even non-ponies shared such a bond.
 
He knew deep downhe was part of that bond.
 
Wait! He called out.
 
The girls turned back to him. Ogies eyes lit up when he rushed over to her side.
 
Let me help you find Twilight, he insisted.
 
Ronaldo Ogie was touched.
 
He just smiled at her, then placed a hand on her shoulder. Ogie, you guys are the best things to happen to me since physics go-cart racingand what kind of friend would I be if I didnt help friends find a friend?
 
Ogies eyes sparkled, amazed by his undying loyalty. Rocky and Luna watched with awe, sensing some so deep but remained silent about it.
 
Child, Luna said, smiling at Ronaldo, your kindness and willingness is much appreciated. I only hope you dont get yourself hurt.
 
Hey, if I survived with Kendall, he joked as the princess bent down for him to sit on her back with the others, I can survive long hours of searching.
 
He nearly yelped when Luna ascended into the sky. The boy was so amazed by the view down below as he soared into the night sky. Only in his dreams had he flown into such a majestic sceneryand with someone special.
 
Its awesome, isnt it? Ogie told him happily as she nudged him.
 
It really is He said, completely awestruck by the face of the moon.
 
Suddenly, Ronaldo remembered something as he dug into his pocket and took something out.
 
It was an opera ticket. Kendall demanded he go to the opera with her tomorrow nightwith a present that was not cheap.
 
But tomorrow nighthe could still be in Ponyville with Ogie and the others.
 
Taking one last glance at the ticketRonaldo closed his eyes and ripped it in half.
 
The bits of torn paper flew away like stars in the night sky as he held on to Luna, awaiting to arrive in Equestria where more important matters were needed.
