I agree, the only thing I would change about your assessment is that it looks like her shoulders are too narrow for an hourglass, this looks more like a pear shaped figure to me.

Also, either her hips need to be dialed down or her midsection needs to be increased. It looks wacky otherwise.

On a more serious note, I think her hips need to be dialed down a bit. When drawing hourglass figures, the rule of thumb is to keep the waist the same width as the head and the shoulders and hips the same width. I realize some viewers and artists love big hips just as much as I love big breasts, but a balance needs to be maintained between idealized body types and realism.
