More to the point, this image is in no way pornographic. It’s disturbing for several other reasons, but it’s technically safe to show to children.
If it’s a drawing(I.E. Doesn’t show a REAL CHILD in a sexual action.), It’s NOT CHILD PORN, and thus LEGAL.
