I always pictured her to be slightly above average. Not as big as Pinkie’s though bigger than Twilight’s. Sunset to me is the biggest when Fluttershy is the smallest (RD has some tits she’s not flat)

Point taken, although I kind of think that whatever constitutes feminine “bustiness” will always be a matter of opinion. At the very least, you could say that the Equestria Girls tend to be bustier in fan art than the show itself…
 
Anyway, I just gotta say that I absoultely love both of these pictures. Butch continues to be one the best EqG artists out ther…

I am human, hear me err.
I find it interesting how “busty” can qualify differently based on the artist, or on the viewer. In this image, I think Rarity’s breasts are a reasonable size.
