My Little Pony - 1992 Edition

In real life plate armor was/is heavy, but it’s a very well-distributed weight. It’s apparently less cumbersome than a heavy backpack. People can do gymnastics in plate.

This is why training is a thing. You got to work up to wearing full plate armor. You can’t just put it on without building the strength necessary to be able to wear full plate armor.
