Exactly. The key thing to note is that someone who is difficult to anger may not actually have life experience in dealing with anger, and so they may not only hurt others when they lose their temper but themselves too. When you get someone who is familiar with rage, they know when they are losing their temper, and can still control who suffers, or what suffers, and how best to unleash their wrath.
Beware the nice/quiet ones indeed! I bet the chick could really mess some shit up.

From experience, the kinds of people you do not want to see angry are the people who are usually placid and pleasant. One can be a far greater threat when they are unused to anger than one who is familiar with it.
Problem is, they may not be very practiced at violence… but by that point, they’re motivated.
