“Hurricane Fluttershy” could have been replaced with “Hurricane Firefly” where Firefly gets her performance anxiety from “Sonic (Rain?)Boom” back when she finds out the Wonderbolts are gonna oversee the tornado, and it’s up to Surprise to somehow get her back in her groove.

It would have been a different Equestria. Just imagine all the scenes with Pinkie and Fluttershy replaced with Surprise and Posey? Entire episodes wouldn’t have happened - namely Hurricane Fluttershy.
Of course, we wouldn’t know anyway.
