the first 10 eps of a 24 ep anime is dedicated to her hating to wear it. The whole thing is a self aware attack at “less is more girl armor” but this is by the guy who made guaren lagan. So it goes bat shit crazy. It is honestly really good at the end. Hell by the end everyone is just nude… Kind of… Saying it out loud makes no sense.
…The fanservice would be nice if the clothing that IS there didn’t ruin it. Improper use of suspenders (or, in a perfect world, any use of suspenders at all) should carry some sort of penalty (say a quantifiable loss of dignity), and don’t even get me STARTED on the bifurcated skirt. That girl looks PISSED about having to wear that thing, and honestly? She SHOULD be.
