(The Next Day at the Castle of Friendship)
 
Spike: out of breath and acting like he’s seen a ghost “OH, YOUR MAJESTIES! THERE’S BEEN A PRISON OUTBREAK!”
 
Sunset Shimmer: (uninfected) “What did you say?”
 
Spike: “It all happens every time and…”
 
Twilight: (uninfected) “We can’t here ponies who are not standing on our new…” (sing-song) “…HOLOPAD!”
 
Spike: “What? Oh right!” stands on the holopad platform “Twilight! Sunset! Three or four Prison Guards are turned into zombies and several secret agents and bounty hunters have been killed!”
 
Twilight: *laughs “That’s just delightful! It’s like you blew your cover, shorty!”
 
Spike: “Twilight, there is a horde of zombies rampaging through Ponyville!”
 
Sunset: “LOOK AT US WHEN WE’RE TALKING TO YOU!”
 
Spike: “sigh I need your order to deploy the Changelings and the Z.O.C.A. (Zombie Outbreak Containment Agency)!”
 
Sunset: “Don’t you think there are more DIRE concerns?”
 
Spike: “LIKE WHAT?!”
 
Sunset: levitates a pencil “Well like the gigantic pencil in your dragon brain?!” seizures the drake knight’s hologram with the pencil “Ooh! You must be having a headache!” laughs hysterically
 
Spike: “TWI! SUNSET!”
 
Twilight: “Alright! Fine! I’ll contact the Z.O.C.A. on the phone and… HOLO-phone, Huh? Okay, how do I use this?” accidentally contacts Jasper Pie
 
Jasper Pie: “Hello-o! Pie’s pizzeria! What better to cook pie THEN the pie! How may I be of assistance today, Mrs. Twilight Sparkle?”
 
Twilight: “Whoops! Sorry, Jasper! Actually, do you have any Hayburger pizza?”
 
Jasper: “Oh course, Princess!”
 
Twilight: “Oh yeah? What toppings do you have?”
 
Jasper: “I’ll show the list of my good toppings!”
 
Twilight: “It’s okay; I’ve got plenty of time. Read your list to me.”
 
Flurry Heart: “Twilight, Sunset, I don’t know HOW those zombies got their smelly, rotting hooves on pistols and shotguns but they’re really, REALLY accurate shots!” looks at the holopad platform (still being stood on by Spike) “GASP Is THIS the new holopad?”
 
Sunset: “Yep. Just came in!”
 
Flurry: stands on the platform in Spike’s place “Hey, everypony! Look at me! I’m a robot!”
 
[“Electric Zoo” from Spongebob plays]
 
Flurry: does the “Robot” “I’m a tiny robot. Dancing on the dance!”
 
Twilight: laughs “Quick! Bend over!”
 
Flurry: “Okay, Twilight!” bends her back over while Twilight levitates a glass of water next to her “Oh ugh!”
 
Sunset: “Hey, have you seen our new bobblehead toy?”
 
Flurry: “Hey, Auntie Sunset! I sure hope there aren’t any giant hooves around!”
 
Sunset: “What? Giant hooves? Why would there be…? OH!” puts her hoof out, growls like a bear and attack Flurry’s hologram
 
Flurry: “Whoa! No! It’s the giant hoof that’s trying to eat me!”
 
Spike: forces Flurry off the platform “GET OFF OF THERE!” stands back on the platform “Listen to me! Sunset! Twilight! We have to do something!”
 
Sunset: “Okay Jee wiz! Calling security!” presses a button and the hologram of a zombie holding Scootaloo’s violently torn-off head appears
 
Spike: shudders like a little filly
 
Flurry: “Scootaloo! Scoot, are you okay? Scoot? Are you okay, buddy? Your head got separated from your body, buddy!”
 
Twilight: “Don’t worry! I have a plan! Quick, Spike! Squat into attack position!”
 
Spike: “Yes, Ma’am!” squats his dragon ass into “attack position”
 
Twilight: “Now, turn one-eighty degrees!”
 
Spike: turns around and shows off his tail
 
Twilight: “Thrust with your reptile hips!”
 
Spike: starts thrusting his hip bones, causing his armor to rattle and squeak in the process
 
It was at this moment that Spike knew… he fucked up
 
Sunset: giggles “ZOMBIE FUCKERS!”
 
TF2 Sniper: “The end.”

“Like what you see hmmmm?%%”
 
Flurry glances at spike with a horrified look.

Spike: wearing Ember’s old armor “Twilight, Sunset, the two of you have new very full lifetimes filling in for Celestia and Luna. There are several functions of Equestria that require attendances from you both.”
 
Twilight: “That’s good, Spike. Let’s get down to business!” buries herself under her bed covers
 
Flurry Heart: “Come on, Auntie! It’s time to get moving!” yanks off the covers with her magic “AH! You really need to wear pajamas at night, you know?”

Strangely, I’m think this is a possible event in the future.

Sunset Shimmer as Celestia’s heir, Twilight Sparkle’s as Luna’s, strikes me as a more plausible scenario…
 
Pity the world that that should be the case. :)

Well, the thing is that Sunset clearly has the celestial connection that Twilight, Celestia, and Luna have, while Cadænce does not, so there’s that.

Personally I have always seen Twilight as preferring to take the kind of role Luna is seen in, with Cadence being the Celestia of the pair if you will. Sunset Shimmer, hard to say without seeing more of her post reform.

Tho, i see well Sunset Shimmer as a Princess with Twilight later, since Sunset redeemed herself… Just like luna did, finally. :p

It’s kind of funny thinking about Sunset Shimmer as an alicorn. Like, at one point it was completely possible that as Celestia’s student, she would have be the one to ascend and have all the power she wanted.
 
It could’ve all been yours, Shimmer. All you had to do was not be a bitch, and you blew it.

Something tells me that playing Luna to Twilight’s Celestia would be Sunset Shimmer’s worst nightmare… (if you’ll pardon the pun)
