The original demotivational plaque from the Simpsons ep says “Don’t forget: you’re here forever”, which Homer covers with pictures of Maggie ‘till it just says “DO I T FOR HER”.
 
As for this plaque…it makes no sense. There’s logically only one letter between ST and EAL (at most), and that can’t make anything; and there’s the huge empty gap on the right with no text at all. Seriously, at least make the sign make sense! :P

Flash Sentry is just merely a filler, and his only yet major flaw is lack of deep characterization. We should never fight over that kind of character.

Cuz he is absolutely worthless character for plot and just existence.  
All scene with him are the hell forced with that bumping things, like one of the writers just want to put his Marty Sue OC to the plot.  
Twilight shouldn’t even find him attractive cuz she is a fucking horse!
 
But I don’t even consider EG as a canon, so I do not much care.
