I wanted a challenge, and I got one! Cloudchaser has one of the most complex and unique mane styles in the show. Her mane is constructed from 20 separate pieces, machine sewn down to 5 separate pieces to be stuffed and attached by hand.
 
She is made with soft minky fabric and stuffed with polyester fill. All details, including eyes and cutie mark are appliqued on - no embroidery here! Cloudchaser measures 30 inches from hoof to hoof.
 
Originally I had tried to make the wings wired and posable like on my previous plush of Fleetfoot. Unfortunately it didn’t give the results I was looking for so I remade the wings folded. Going forward, this is how I will be making all pegasi.
 
Cloudchaser took about 40 hours to make.
