This thread is about clean theraputic age regression. Where we can talk about ptsd, autism, and physical disabilities. In that finding our little headspace means coping with hardships by being little temporarily.
Mainly with the goal of returning to adult life with a clear and level head. I persionally include spiritual things, so I hope you guys feel free to as well. Tulpas and plushy friends are open to the topics as well here

My little headspace revolves around Mathew 18:1 thru 3. This includes the classic Twilight sparkle cross over with C. S. Lewis’s qoute. Where I put away childish thigs including the fear of being childish. Basically the little headspace is like a container. It contains all the things the world considers to be childish.
Though in my perspective whether or not it is becomes arbetrary. I find it easier to concentrate with a pacifier while dealing with advanced algebera or schematics. While electronics is not necessarily a baby-ish thing it suits my little headspace. Like Dexter in his laboratory.
Lastly my favorit thing to do with my pacifier is two pieces of chocolate ontop and underneath the bulb. As its melting especially with latex bulbs its very pleasurable. Though this might just be a sensory thing for me. Puts me in little headspace rather quick. All the anxiety of life just vanish’s.
