And done with FF7.

That was better than I thought it would be. I can see why people have fond memories of it, although few things about it matches up with what people talked about. Then again the characters in it barely resemble how they are portrayed in everything else so eh.

I love the materia system, but not too fond of the leveling/difficulty. The combinations you can do with pairing materia is nice if limited. Hopefully the remakes fix that and broadens the combos.

I don’t like how materia effects your stats though. I always hated how some RPGs asks you “Do you want to be middling now, but strong later? Or do you want to be strong now but underpowered later?” I prefer it when better gear are just better, rather than having different downsides. And unfortunately this dynamic made the difficulty of enemies weird since the game was never sure if you could one-shot them or not.

Ah well, looking forward to the remakes now.

I do think WMP has improved in recent years. It does crash on me every now and then, but that is very, very rare.
I also used to use WinMX and Limewire, years before my YT to mp3 days. And speaking of which, yeah, sucks when videos in YT playlists are unavailable… doubly so when there are no other videos featuring a song!
Newpipe sounds interesting, but if I have to rebuild playlists, that may be a tad too frustrating for me

There’s been a bipartisan backlash at not only that but her doubling down on the act, so BP is wondering if she would be able albatross on Trump’s neck should he pick her as his VP.

The answer to which is a firm “maybe”. She’s toxic right now, and Trump picking her would not be a good look. But we’ve seen time and again that nothing sticks to Teflon Don, so who’s to say.

Windows media player is actually not bad nowadays.

To source music I used WinMX, Limewire, Frostwire and currently Fopnu (made by the guy who originally developed WinMX and Tixati). I use torrents for albums, however I always support less successful/small time artists and buy their music.

I use YT for music occasionally, but it really pisses me off when a song suddenly becomes unavailable, usually due to some copyright bullshit. If you’re running android, check out Newpipe, it’s a 3rd party YT app that has no ads and supports downloading videos; the only caveat is that you can’t sign in with your account, so you have to manually re create all your playlists.

Anyways, as someone who also worked for customer service, we shouldn’t discuss or complain with mone-I mean, wealthy customers even if they’re in the wrong, as long as they’re not robbing or being life threatening.
Props to you if you didn’t say a word to them, like the Spanish saying goes: “He who owns nothing, fears nothing”.

Also a big shoutout to that coworker dude who was your therapist for a couple of minutes. Xd

There are just jobs you can’t simply ask for breaks because no one else is gonna take your place or there wouldn’t be enough time to find someone else. If I have to spread my disease to the masses because some stores must be opened everyday yet medical clinics get Sundays off, so be it.

I just woken up from the tremendous heat as early as 9:45 AM here just now. It’s heating up the roof, wall, ceiling, and floor again.

Goes to show how crazy and different the heat were still feeling up till now. 🥵

My father used to have the iPod nano 5th gen in 2009 and it contained thousands of burned songs of 80s-90s after migrating from being a CD guy for 15 years to that.

Unfortunately was one of the many gadgets that got robbed in a major house heist here back in 2017.

I’m not playing Sploon 3 currently.

Let’s see what the news cycle is for the game right now is while I’m waiting for the new update.
