NOTE, TL:DR version is available at the end of this comment just in case.
So, I was told this is the place to discuss the ratings.
Well, recently some of my comments have been deleted and that is fine since they were deemed inappropriate for the
imagine. One user described them as
tasteless double entendre. I didn’t bother replying to their claim, opinion. I was going to
explain a few things that I believe they got wrong, but the comments aren’t a place for such debates.
The question I have is.
Why are the following comments seemingly allowed?
(Sorry I assume this thread is safe. Just in case)
Comment 1
Comment 2
I don’t remember exactly what I wrote word for word, but that’s not important I believe since I’m okay with the deletions. However, I’m just asking if those two comments are appropriate for the safe tagged image.
I’d just like to know. If so, then what is the limit before innuendo becomes suggestive or questionable. Okay, that’s actually a very tough question, so I won’t expect you to answer it, because it’s probably a case by case thing.
Okay, my comment was along the lines of this, I believe.
(Not word for word, basically the same.)
Stellar: Mmm! I just love this banana bread!
Sunburst: It’s not banana bread.
Stellar: It’s not? Then what’s all the delicious fil-
Is that somehow worst that the prior mentioned comments?
Actually, as I reread those comments I realized that
Comment 2 isn’t bad, since you may have heard something like that in the old days of cartoons like The Loony Toons/Tunes.
Hopefully, this made at least some sense. As you can tell my ideas tend to jump around a lot. That’s why it’s difficult at time to remember what I typed. Some of my comments may have three ideas, so if the comment is deleted then I’m left to wonder exactly which idea, wording, or reference was the offending piece.
